This workshop is best for those who wish to do energy work but it is not a requirement. You can explore the world of Magick without working with energy professionally. You can purchase this seminar in addition to Reiki studies, or as a stand alone course. You can study by yourself or with a group. I highly recommend a group setting to experience variety of energy fields and a chance to practice on and with others.

DAY 1: Breathing techniques, Meditation techniques, Past life regression, Souls, Spirits, Reincarnation, Dream Interpretation.

 

5pm: Check - in and open the seminar:

- Breathing techniques with demonstrations and practice. 

- What is Meditation with demonstration and practice of various types of meditations. 

- Guided full body and inner child or past life regression relaxation meditation.

7pm: Dinner

- Discussion of souls, spirits and reincarnations.

- Dream interpretation: prophetic or psychological? 

Rest

DAY 2: Aura field exercises, Chakra system, Opening kundalini, Intuition, Psychic abilities and Channeling, Spirit guides, Animal guides, Synchronicity, Altar making, Sacred geometry, Sound bath.

 

10am: Breakfast

- Aura field exercise: sensing the Aura field of another.

- Introduction into Chakra Energy system and Chakra Exercises. 

- Opening kundalini with Microcosmic Orbit practice.

- Return to Aura exercise to explore the difference in the energy field of another.

2/3pm: Lunch

- Intuition and how to develop relationship with it.

- Introduction to Psychic Abilities, Channeling and exercises to develop and recognize.

- Spirit Guides, Angels, Archangels, Animal/Insect Guides.

- Bring forth a guide meditation.

630/7pm: Dinner

- Altar Making: what it's for and when to make one.

- Sacred Geometry with Metatron Meditation.

- Singing Bowls Sound Bath to cleanse and ground.

 

DAY 3: Elements with 5 Elements Ceremony or nature exploration, Tools of divination, Basic oils, Herbs, Crystals, Smudging, Cleansing and Grounding, Rituals, Brooms, Spells, Mandalas and Vision boards.

 

10am: Breakfast

- Elements and how we can connect with them. 

- 5 Elements Ceremony with Manifestation Crystal Grid or if the weather permits we go outside and connect to the elements.

- Tools of divination: what are they and how to use them.

- Basics Herbs, Crystals, Oils: how to use and care for them.

- Demonstration of smudging and cleansing. 

2/3pm: Lunch

-Rituals: what are they, what for and when and how to do it.

- Brooms.

- Tools for cleansing and grounding.

- Spells and rituals.

- Mandalas and Vision boards.

5/6pm: Snack and close the Seminar. End.

*Reiki Attunements can be done to be initiated into Reiki healing system, re-initiated for those who feel the need and for cleansing purposes only.
