OUR POLICY

Our policy is non-negotiable, please do not ask us to make exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

*We do not offer any services on the weekends. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please reach out to us during our regular business hours of 11am - 9pm, Monday - Thursday and 11am - 3pm on Friday. We are completely closed on Saturday, therefore reaching out will not grant you a response at any time, neither canceling on a Saturday will count as a day. We are available to make changes and schedule appointments on Sundays.

 

*If your appointment is on a Monday you will receive a confirmation message on the Friday before. If you have a tendency to change your schedule, please cancel on Friday to avoid cancellation fees. Cancelling your Monday appointment by leaving us a message on a Saturday when we are closed does not excuse you from the late cancellation fee, unless it is due to illness, accident or family emergency. Reaching out prior or post our business hours disqualifies your message as prompt.

*Your appointment will be confirmed 48 business hours in advance. Any unconfirmed appointments will be canceled. Please, respond within the same day of your confirmation notice to avoid cancellation fees.

 

*Cancellations 24 business hours prior to your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

*Cancellations on the same day / last minute cancellations and no shows are subject to a 100% session fee. Waiting to cancel your appointment all day until the last 2-3 hours of your appoints due to an illness will be deemed as last minute cancellation and you will be subjected to the 100% cancellation fee. Please do not wait to cancel your appointment if you are unwell.

*You will not be able to schedule your next session with us until we receive the cancellation/no show fee.

*You will not be able to schedule your appointment with us if you “no show” more than once. 

*The only exceptions to the same day / 24 hr cancellations are illness (only if not waiting all day to cancel your appointment to see if you feel better but ending up not), car accidents, family emergency (which you will be able to use as an exception only once). Everything else is your sole responsibility.

*If you are taking antibiotics for an illness, please finish the course and then schedule your appointment.

Please do not get the flu or any other vaccines on the day of your appointment. Please allow 24- 48 hours between your vaccination and appointment to avoid any health complications.

*Massage Therapy is contraindicated (not recommended) if you are under influence of alcohol, drugs, dental work with Novocaine or nitrous oxide (laughing gas), cortisone pain blocker, epidermal pain blocker, any vaccinations (24-48 hrs), therefore you will be encouraged to reschedule and will be subjected to a last-minute cancellation fee. Please, plan accordingly.

*We have zero tolerance policy toward inappropriate or suggestive behavior of any kind, on our premises, or on social media, in relation to us. If you violate our policy in any way, your therapist reserves the right to terminate your session immediately and you will not be allowed to schedule with us again.

*We appreciate and respect your honesty and are looking forward to having a healthy and mutually-respectful relationship with you.
