1230pm: You “Bat” I can! Exercise: Good Girl Gone Rogue. Let your voice be heard!

130pm: Practice of Surrendering and Rising Up: unburdening and confidence practice.

2pm: Integration time: write a letter with your non-dominant hand to yourself for all the things you are proud of yourself for. You will seal it in a self-addressed envelope and I will mail it to you at a random time this year, when you least expect it.

3pm: Delicious Lunch

4pm: Sacred Drum Circle: Raise your Fire and Confidence.

5pm: “Jump over limits” Cleansing and Dancing with Fire Ceremony

6pm: Delicious Dinner

7pm: Sacred Firewalk Ceremony: Break through your Fears and Limitations: wear your red/orange dresses/outfits.
