*You will have an opportunity to purchase a massage therapy or Reiki session onsite, for $1 per minute, with 20 minutes maximum, with our magical, professional, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reiki Practitioner, Dawn.

*Fire Cupping and or Fire Dragon Therapy/Fire Therapy treatments are included in the retreat fee and can be added to your massage therapy or Reiki services.

FRIDAY - SUNDAY:

FRIDAY: Rest, Recharge, Ignite.

3pm: Check-in: settle in, light snack/refreshment to ground.

330pm: Open Circle: introduce yourself and set your intention for the retreat.

345pm: Salt and Sage Cleanse. Creation of an Ostara Altar together. 

430pm: Practice of Surrendering and Rising Up: a gentle active meditation/practice of releasing tension and burdens of every day life. Letting it all go. Surrendering to not doing and accepting just being. Rising up lighter, emptied and ignited to go forth on your journey of life.

5pm: Sacred Candle/Lantern Ceremony: igniting the light for one another, sharing the love, and unity. We are all together.

530pm: Delicious Dinner.

630pm: Sound Bath with Crystal Singing Bowls.

SATURDAY: Open Hearts and Ignited Souls!

No/very light breakfast/No coffee! Smoothies/juices or water only.

1030 am: Sacred Cacao Ceremony. Begin to flow and enjoy the Open Heart Unity Field Meditative Dance.

1130am: Opening Heart Meditation and Vinyasa Flow with Magical Anna. Bring your comfortable outfits and yoga mats.

1230pm: Delicious Lunch

130pm: Forgiveness Meditation and Release of Bondage of Self. Let those “burden airplanes” fly and burn it all away. Followed by: Write a letter to self with a non-dominant hand (inner child): What have you forgiven yourself for and what are you most proud of that you have already accomplished? A love letter to your adult self from your child self. (You will seal the letter in a self- addressed envelope, which I will mail to you at a random time during the year. You may also do so yourself if you are uncomfortable in any way.) 

230pm: Compliment Practice: so many of us do not know how to receive compliments or how to even give them. Some even take them as offensive or as a personal attack. This activity will shine some light on your capacity to receive and to give a genuine compliment. This activity lifts up the mood, shines the light onto insecurities and strengths. 

3pm: Blinded/ Sensory Clay Play: Submerge into a sensory experience of no sight, aromatherapy and music, while exploring the world of plastilina clay/play dough/clay. Create a symbol of Forgiveness and Freedom from Bondage of Self. Have fun and let go of expectations, criticism, perfectionism and other burdens weighing you down. Let your inner child play. Relax and enjoy.

5pm: Sacred Drum Circle flowing into the Sacred Fire Spiral Ceremony of Rebirth and Balance: let go of what no longer serves you and welcome the new energy of manifesting new dreams and desires! Balance feminine and masculine energies, nourish and stabilize your energy in the Mother Earth’s Womb and Spring forward into the new phase of your new, healed and rejuvenated life! Together we can heal, grow, dream and manifest!

7pm: Delicious Dinner

11am: Dream Seeds: Setting intentions for manifestations. Plant or Eat your Seeds of new intentions, or feed them to the birds. 

1130: Close the Circle. Check out.
