Winter months can be challenging, affect our mood, creativity and overall emotional and energetic state. We welcome you to join us for a gentle Retreat into Introspection. Climb into the cave of the Bear Medicine. Stay and rest in the Womb of Mother Earth. Hibernate and gestate new ideas and dreams. Play. Eat. Love.

Program details and are subject to change. Last Day to enroll is December 1st. Spaces are limited. PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL THE INFORMATION BEFORE SIGNING UP.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8TH: An Evening of Gratitude, Grounding, Love, Rest and Support.

​

3pm: Check-in, settle in, light refreshments to ground.

​

4pm: Open Circle, set intention for the retreat.

​

430pm: Despacho Ceremony: Gratitude Ceremony. What are we grateful for? What are our dreams? 

​

6pm: Delicious Dinner.

​

7pm: Sacred Practice: What do you want, Soul?  Do you know what you truly want? Do you know your heart’s and soul’s deepest desires? This exercise will help dig deep and discover the deepest, most sacred desires of your heart and soul. 

​

8pm: United Hearts and Cutting Cords Meditation: Connecting to our hearts, uniting as one and letting go of people, places and things that no longer serve us. Opening space for the new, together. 

​

Sauna/Hot tub and Rest

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9TH: A Day of Letting Go, Discovering Self, Reconnecting, Making Space, Dreaming and Finding Power within and having FUN!

​

10am: Delicious Breakfast.

​

11am: Connect with your Animal Spirit Guide. Unleash and free your inner Dragon! Let’s dance and let go. Is there a creature you are specifically connected to already? Let’s connect to the Dragon of next year and the Dragon within.

​

12pm: Drop the burden and begin to let go.

​

1pm: Family Constellations/Process Work to discover blockages, receive powerful resources from ancestors. Focusing on our goals and obstacles. 

​

3pm: Delicious Lunch

​

4pm: The Cave of Wonders: Climb into the Bear Cave with us to dream your dreams, to wonder, to wish, to imagine if…what will it take for my dreams to come true? “The Dream gestation station.” Move into rebirth to reconnect with your Ancient Divine Feminine - The Cave Woman.

5:30pm: Cave Woman Within: Reconnect with your Ancient Divine Feminine self/Inner Child with hand panting. Let your inner girl play, have fun and let go.

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 10TH: A Morning of Magick. Creating our world of abundance. 

​

10am: Delicious Breakfast

​

11am: Crafting Candles of Intention and jar of abundance. Enchanting keys with intention to open new doors. Preparing for the energy of the Winter Solstice. (December 21)

​

1pm: Closing the Circle, Evaluations and saying good byes. 

2pm: Check-out

​

Please, bring one home-made dish or dessert that you would love to share with everyone. If you do not wish/know how to cook or bake, please bring a snack for all to share. We will provide freshly made breakfast, appetizers, desserts, snacks, water, coffee and tea. Please feel free to bring any specific drinks you desire. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS/MIND ALTERNING SUBSTANCES, PLEASE.

Sleeping arrangements are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Towels, shampoo and soap are provided. Please, bring your toiletries with you. 

Please, be aware that there will be an emotional support beagle present on premises.
